REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON

• Minimum Age = 18 years
• Complete 75-hr. Salesperson Qualifying Course
• Pass D.O.S. Exam, 50 Questions, Multiple Choice, Min. 70% ($15.)
• Licensing: Sponsoring Broker Signature ($50.)

REAL ESTATE BROKER

• Minimum Age = 20 years
• Complete 120 Hours of Qualifying Education:
o 75-hr. Salesperson Qualifying Course
o 45-hr. Broker Qualifying Course
• 2-yr. Experience as Salesperson or 3-yr. Equivalent Experience Pass D.O.S.
• Exam, 100 Questions, Multiple Choice, Min. 70% ($15.)
• Licensing ($150.)

NOTE: Salesperson Exam is given in Albany one day every week.
         Broker Exam is given in Albany one day every month.
